A celebration of Bechtel’s global rail projects, featuring films, facts, user-generated video, animated infographics and case-studies from across the world. The objective was to generate quality candidate leads (rail professionals) and raise awareness of the brand in a competitive recruitment environment.

The results?
In 30 days from launch, the site generated:
624 candidate leads
19,896 unique visits
with each visit averaging a duration of 8 minutes, 50 seconds.

#unleashpotential and inspire the next generation of engineers in a ‘how did they do that’ campaign.

The Engineering Machine is part of a STEM awareness campaign for Bechtel. It has been viewed in over 120 countries and shared by the Institution of Civil Engineering, American Society of Civil Engineers, Engineers Australia, Association of Consulting Engineering Companies Canada and Engineers Ireland, the UK Department for Education, STEM organisations including the National STEM Centre, STEMNET, the National Science Foundation US and the Science Museum’s inventor in residence.
